I currently work in my computer science department as an assistant to the Director of Mentoring and Retention. I do all sorts of things in the department from peer-mentoring, to assisting in classes, to maintenance of the robotic equipement.

I suppose it is easiest to see me as a representitive of the department and the university. I promote diversity, creativity, and interactions between students.

Unlike many people, I am quite open about myself; I state my disabilities if it’s relevent. I am blunt, stating what’s on my mind. I walk around campus with a plush fox hanging out of my bag. My face displays every emotion I feel to the world. People find me easy to approach because I am honest and non-threatening.
