- Preliminary Study in Making Comic Books Accessible to People with Visual Impairments: Brief feasibility examination for an NSF-funded REU.
- Biomimetics and human vision: literature research and evaluation on psychology papers related to how the brain works for a computer system related to seeing as humans see.
- Cam the RamBot: use of LilyPad Arduino and sensors in a feasibility examination. I wanted to test if it were possible to create a child-accessible embedded system. I hope that this could lead to a youth outreach program.
- Computer science education for students with severe visual impairment: literature research and evaluation that relate to visually impaired students.
- GestureBot and Feature Detection: AI project into gesture detection.
- Sound with Trackmate: investigating the Trackmate tangible interface.
